When people are like “YoUr nOt bLoAtEd” or “iTs aLl iN yOuR hEaD” okay then what’s this?? lol ⁣ ⁣ Bloat is NORMAL! It happens. You don’t need to make yourself any more uncomfortable than you already are⁣ ⁣ Doing these things can REALLY help it go down much faster than any “de-bloating” remedy - especially if you’re experiencing bloat from hormonal reasons like i am (aka if you get bloated on that time of month).⁣ ⁣ You don’t need to buy special debloating teas or detoxes. It will go away on its own if you follow your regular diet & training regimen.⁣ ⁣ No amount of training or supplementation will ever result in NO FLUCTUATIONS in your body.
