Check ins ????????‍♀️ 5 weeks until WBFF Worlds Bahamas ???????? - Currently 60kg/132lbs. Aiming now to lose approx 0.5kg every week. - ????Calories have decreased to 1640. ????5-6 days per week weights. ????2x cardio session per week. ????Steps remain the same - 14,000 per day. ▪️Priorities this week: sleep & posing! - I remind myself every day that this is a process. I often get caught up in wanting to be stage ready ‘NOW’…it’s that search for instant gratification. Its not what you like like 5 weeks out, 4 weeks out, 3 days’s the day that counts. Everything I do between now and then is going to get me to where I need to be.
