Walking toward the weekend like......My goodness my week felt like two! I don’t use this as an excuse to go crazy however. I’ve been meticulously sticking to my off season plan all week......through meetings where everyone was eating big cheesy sandwiches and cookies, to airport upon airport with tempting Mexican and fast food and sweets! Phew, I avoided it all and ate my meal preps and got up early before meetings to do my cardio and found a gym everywhere I went to get in my lifts! So, I’m looking forward to a little more simplicity this weekend! Something that feels like home, and some routine time with people I love! So, if I can make it work, what is holding you back?
