I’ve seen a lot of this about Christmas 👇🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “If you over eat on Christmas it doesn’t matter because you are making memories” OR “No excuses, you don’t have to over eat just because it’s Christmas” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So what do you think?🤔 Both have a fair point BUT it depends on what YOU want to do. If you want to relax over the Christmas holidays when it comes to nutrition & training, that’s fine!! It doesn’t make you any less dedicated what so ever. If you want to train & stick to your plan then that is also totally fine!! It doesn’t make you “obsessed” because you want to do what you love but it also doesn’t make you extra hard core either😉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ People are being made to feel bad if they DON’T indulge over Christmas yet also are feeling just as bad if they do.. my advice is take food out of the equation for a second, would you still enjoy the company that is around you? Are you in a lovely warm home? Would you still be surrounded by loved one? A lot of benefits to Christmas without surrounding the day around food! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So think of Christmas as a day to enjoy the company that is around you instead of the food around you. So what if you have a box of mince pies or just have 1.. as long as YOU are enjoying yourself and it’s what YOU want to do then that’s all that should matter. Merry Christmas to you all 🥳🥰
