Much like with legs, single arm movements are important for a balanced body shape. I’ve previously had issues with one of my traps triggering on one side, meaning two handed movements aren’t always good for even improvements with my shoulder workouts. Dumbbells are better than bars for this reason. But also, try these single arm movements to really isolate the target area, including triceps and one double handed movement to fatigue at the end!
