Booty burn to start the week ???????????? _ Lots of band work today. Starting with hip thrusts for activation. From a research study I did earlier this year that was lower body focused on post activation potentiation to improve performance my results came back as good on my quads and calves (????) and hams but not so good on glutes so I’ve been really focusing on getting that activation back there. Yup you can have the muscle belly’s and all and still lack when it comes to the connection. _ Anyway enough of the nerdy nonsense.
