One week and an 8 lb difference between these photos. Left photo was one week ago and right is this most recent Sunday just 8 lbs heavier. Do not be fooled by the number on the scale. It can be a big motivator but also an unnecessary distraction. When I see a big shift in weight I honestly walk myself through what I did the previous few day’s find what was different and either correct it or remind myself it was an expected change.
