Wasn't 100% sure why I'm smiling at the end of my lift here because although I went into this bad ass gym, ready to KILL it, My workout sucked, had to chase for a leg pump, kept getting light headed, haaated how I looked & and ended up leaving my wireless headphones at this gym. But oh wait I know why I'm smiling, because NONE of that shit should get to me & ruin my whooole day! I let. things. go. It HAPPENS! Always remember 5x5 rule - If it's not going to matter in 5 years, don't spend more than 5 minutes being upset by it.
