The grind may go unnoticed but your results will not.. gotta be consistent even when you feel like you’re hitting a plateau. Push through, practice the progressive overload method whether it’s more reps, sets or weights each week, maintaining a consistent high protein and nutrient enriched diet and your body will recomp and you’ll get the dream physique you have always wanted and most importantly you’ll FEEL better day to day. My progress has taken 6-7 years to get to this point, it didn’t happen overnight but I wouldn’t want it to have happened any other way. It’s taught me discipline, patience and perseverance that no one can ever take away from me.
