Peak week #3 cominn in hot🔥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Currently 6 days out from show 3 which is @spectrumfitnessproductions show. Going into this show my improvements were to.. ➖Fill out my frame a little especially upper & glutes ➖Have more pop to me ➖A little more condition in my lower ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How we planned on achieving that is eating more & lifting HEAVIER to regain some fullness/pop🥳🤘🏽After a week of more food & getting some good sessions in, my body has changed ALOT. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One thing I can’t stress enough is how every show/prep is different each time. Even if it’s a small gap as little as 2 weeks, a lot can change. Going into this show vs my last is SOO different with my routine, environment etc and it does make a difference so 2 things.. 1. Make sure you & your coach are prepared for your body to potentially be responding differently 2. Take advantage of it. If you only have 2 weeks to improve, make every second of that count 👏🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cruising into this show has given me a lot less stress to think about which has made this whole process more enjoyable & feel ready for😈 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now the hard part... waiting for show day to arrive.
