I wear it through out the day and even while sleeping. Bodybuilding is not just about having a lot of muscle its also about not having it where it shouldn’t belong. Also No matter how lean or skinny you are if you don’t practice stomach control that belly will pop out. Okay under the lats so we can stop seeing such shallow backs from the waist trainers 😎.
