It still amazes me how people think that being muscular makes us manly-looking. Unique, maybe but both sexes can have muscle. It isn’t indicative of being male. We all have muscle, some people more than others. As bodybuilders we just enhance what we have with hard work and discipline. It’s to be celebrated instead of put-down. We don’t do it to become the opposite sex. We do it for the feeling, the high, the release it brings from our everyday stressors. For health, for strength and energy among many other reasons. And you, the general public who doesn’t appreciate the grind, you wouldn’t understand our drive! But to those who CAN appreciate the discipline it takes for any sport, including bodybuilding... thank you! ???
