You could literally just about incorporate any β€œhealthy” food source that you like into your meal plan and achieve the physique results you desire as long as it’s within reason & you educate yourself on the importance of calories & macro targets πŸ€“ I often get asked "is this food good for weight loss" and my reply is always - well it depends it can be good for weight loss or it can be terrible for weight loss depending on the context of the overall meal plan and how you incorporate/portion certain foods into it when you look at it as a whole (daily calories/daily macros) 🍠🫐πŸ₯¦ An example of a calorie dense β€œhealthy meal” could be a Sunday brunch Acai bowl.
