In the spirit of transparency: Truth be told; I’m been dealing with some heavy personal shit. It does not matter what it is; I’m not looking for attention or sympathy; WE ALL HAVE SHIT. I’m saying this because it has put me in a place where I am able to really think. Think about what I’m grateful for: the amazing friendships I have, the career that I love, the opportunity to train and compete in a sport that has changed my life; it’s all about perspective. Not every day is a good day; show up anyway. Not everyone has the same heart as you; love anyway. Not everyone is truthful; trust anyway. I will use these lessons as opportunities to grow.
