That means more to me than any 30 second unplanned cheat off my diet. I do still do a refeed 1x a week, but thatโs it and right back to progressing my diet, slowly increasing calories based on how my body is responding. Short term satisfaction is not worth the hard work of a long cut or prep that created your bodyโs readiness to grow and the look you achieved.

Take the time, build your food after a prep, so you can enjoy more food in your diet that will keep the physique you worked hard for and keep you building lean tissue as efficiently as possible.

Stay tough. Think long term. Hunger is sometimes more mental than true physical need. Learn to separate the two as you go through that post show process. ๐ค๐ผ
