Physique update for me this AM. Weighed in at 151.4 - up 2.6 lbs from last check in after increase in calories and decrease in cardio. . . Also my stress was insanely high this last week with my baby Donut having a medical emergency, moving in 3 days, building a new platform for the business, I’ve had to travel every weekend this month, and I’m about to start my cycle. But looking at pictures this morning, I am psyched with my upper body development which was the focus since surgery for me. I need to look at big picture and be proud of myself. . . 1) I missed absolutely nothing during this extremely stressful month. Not a meal, no training session, no missed cardio. . 2) I am at a wayyyyy better body composition then this time post show in 2019. . 3) This hard month will be absolutely worth it. My life will overall benefit so much. But right now my body is feeling the stress but to stress about that isn’t worth it. . . Message here is to always think big picture. And control what you can. Your food, your training, and your mindset.
