I've added this to my quad focus leg workouts these past couple weeks and I'm definitely keeping them in. No matter what my first exercise is, I superset it first with 10 reps of quad contractions and hold for 5 sec each rep. It really helps engaging that mind-muscle connection. And now my legs are 💨 after tonight's workout. ***since I'm getting critique on this just FYI I don't use this as an actual exercise in my workout.
