HOW TO DEAL WITH UNCERTAIN TIME? #coronavirus . Life is always changing and we can’t control everything, but we can control how we react! . The best way to handle it is by adapting fast to the situation: 1) Accept it 2) Take control and responsibility on yourself 3) Make decisions 4) Actions 5) Commit to yourself and to your decisions. . That’s what I’m doing and you should try it too! Focus on the things that you can do, and not what you cannot do! . For example: Make decision to wake up every morning at 8am and start your day with meditation and some exercises. Make decision to read a book in a week. Make decision to drink more water per day and eat more vegetables. Make decision to watch less news limit the time to 30 min maximum.... and so on. When you do that and commit to yourself, you take control on your life, you get your power back!
