Killer back workout for lower lat thickness as this is a spot I am targeting this off season ❤️ reverse grip lat pull down or pull up with a 3 sec hold at peak contraction and slow negative 6 set 8 to 12 ❤️ normal grip pull down or chin up 5 sets of 8 to 12 ❤️ reverse grip barbell row shoulders width grip make sure to pull elbows far back and down as possible 3 drop sets of 12, 8, 6 reps remember no resting I leave collars off bar when doing these and just have the added poundage ready to load . ❤️ seated row with tri rope 5 sets 8 tempo 3/3/3 ❤️single arm machine row 5 set each side to fail ❤️straight arm pull down 5 sets each to failure #femalebodybuilder #fbb #progresspic #bodybuilder #transformation #back #workout #weightlifting
