A little less chunky. • • A lot of you are new to my page. Quick little overview of my fitness journey. I competed in women’s physique in July 2014 at 149lbs. By October 2014 I had skyrocketed to 210lbs. I kept trying to get back on stage in hopes of losing all the gross ass weight I had gained. Each coach I had couldn’t get me under 190lbs. Fast forward to 2017, I had just moved back home after living on my own since I was 19, in the process of a divorce and zero income coming in. Despite all that, everything started to turn around. I started working for @evogennutrition. My boyfriend is very regimented and it helped me get back into the swing of things. In April, @hanyrambod told me to do keto so that next day I started and it’s forever changed my fitness journey. From 220lbs (pic on the left) to 167lbs (current weight). The stage is def the goal this year and to continue learning and evolving. I’m blessed to be part of some awesome companies that I had only dreamed about. It may not have happened as quickly as I had hoped, or as fast as some of y’all. But that’s ok. I’m happy despite my struggles. This is just a reminder to keep on keeping on, be consistent and you will find what works for you. 4 years since I was on stage and 6 years of training. I know what I’m capable of so I will never give up!
