šŸ’„ Motivation Monday šŸ’„ I was about 9% body fat here. I didnā€™t have crazy shredded legs but my abs were ridiculous! We all have our strengths and weaknesses and my stomach with having loose skin and stretch marks since I was 17 when I had my first child has made me insecure with my stomach ever since. I cried looking in the mirror for years wishing I could have a normal stomach. I was embarrassed and still sometimes can be of the way my stomach looks but I refused to let it make me feel ugly and unwanted. I worked so hard once I started working out to get my stomach to look better. Even with 9% body fat I still have insecurities but know the work I do and did everyday to get it looking the best I can. So just sharing the shreds to remind me and anyone out there having kids shouldnā€™t make you feel like you canā€™t be beautiful or change what birthing a child does to our bodies. Get moving and if youā€™re struggling with body image issues trust me working at them makes you feel so much better daily about them.
