Yes, sometimes I train legs 🙋🏽‍♀️, and so should you. I train legs 2-3 times a week, even if I don’t like it as much. All I know is that; if I train legs today I can train upper body tomorrow🙌🏼🔥😻, and that is what’s keeping me going ☝🏼 It’s good to be back at the gym again! I started where I left off last week as the gyms are closed in my hometown rn 🤮 Are the gyms open where you are? If they are closed, know that it’s not forever (even though it feels like it) I know every second of the struggle, feeling like everything you have worked so hard for goes to waste.
