CHEST Crusher 😻 Did 4 x 8-12 benchpress first, then I did Dumbell chestpress superset with floor press!🌟 I really tried to push the limits and went for 6 reps each exercise with 3 sets. As you see, it doesn’t always go as planned, but if you don’t test your limits you will never know where your limits are🙋🏽‍♀️ Try this superset, it’s a real killer and an awesome challenge 🔥
