HOME & GYM - DUMBELL ONLY LEG WORKOUT 🙌🏼 Rule #1 never do less den 12 reps each set. Can you do it?🤔 - Romanian deadlift x 4 sets - Goblet squat x 4 sets - Reverse deficit lunges x 3 sets - Bulgarian split squat (First 5 reps are 1,5 reps) x 3 sets I did this session as a little deload to the heavy deadlift session I had previous this week. I was sooo sore. Never under estimate a Dumbell workout though 🙆🏽‍♀️ Try it, and tell me how it felt ❤️
